Schedule of NBA games released on Christmas Day

Christmas Day is one of the most important NBA events of the year every season.

There are five games in the league in which top teams compete against each other.

On Thursday evening Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium has reported the full list for December 25, 2025.

On Charania: “NBA Christmas Day games for 2024-25 season, per sources: 🎄Spurs at Knicks 🎄Timberwolves at Mavericks 🎄76ers at Celtics 🎄Lakers at Warriors 🎄Nuggets at Suns”

The first game always takes place at Madison Square Garden and Victor Wembanyama will make his debut on Christmas Day.

He is coming off an incredible rookie season in which he averaged 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 1.2 steals and 3.6 blocks per game.

The second game will be a rematch of the 2024 Western Conference final.

When the game kicks off, Anthony Edwards and Luka Doncic will likely both be among the top five players in the NBA.

In the third game, fans get a possible preview of the 2025 Eastern Conference finals.

The Celtics have just won the NBA championship, while the 76ers signed Nine-time All-Star Paul George joins forces with Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey.

The Warriors and Lakers will occupy the primetime slot of the evening as superstars Steph Curry and LeBron James remain the two most notable players in the league.

Finally, the Nuggets and the Suns play the last game of the day.

They have the potential to become two of the top four teams in the Western Conference.
