All seven of JK Rowling’s bestselling Harry Potter books are to be recorded with a full cast of more than 100 actors for a “groundbreaking” new audiobook series.

The Harry Potter books will continue to be available as monophonic audiobooks read by Stephen Fry and Jim Dale. Since their launch on Audible in 2015, these audiobooks have amassed a total of over 1.4 billion hours of listening worldwide.

The new audio books are expected to be released at the end of 2025.
