We’ll soon be able to get our first look at the 2024 Cincinnati Bengals. Well, sort of.
Most of the regulars will see little to no action this week as the Bengals host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. We know quarterback Joe Burrow will play sparingly, which will be great to see after he missed almost all of training camp and the preseason last year due to a calf injury.

As with most of the preseason, we’ll see a lot of young players and players from the roster bubble showcasing what they can do and trying to make the team. This year, you might get a more in-depth look into the future, as Andrei Iosivas, Charlie Jones, and Jermaine Burton will play big roles when Tee Higgins eventually leaves as a free agent next offseason, not to mention that someone will have to fill Tyler Boyd’s shoes this season, while Ja’Marr Chase is definitely out due to his time off.
